Penn, Dartmouth and Cornell are the ivies with the biggest social and party scenes.. As every school does, we have some students that have a little too much fun, but we don't have more than any other school.. ASU's national party-school reputation was officially born in 1987, when the school placed third in Playboy magazine's very first ranking.. When Playboy released its second ranking 15 years later, ASU was the top party school in the friggin' nation .. Dartmouth was ranked tied for 13th among undergraduate programs at national universities by U.S. News & World Report in its 2021 rankings .. Harvard University ..
